Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) – A gentle, specialised massage technique that stimulates the lymphatic system to reduce swelling, aid detoxification, and support immune health. Particularly helpful after surgery, injury, or for managing fluid retention.

Alpha is a weights-based resistance female only group training programme designed to help women build strength, confidence, and knowledge in the gym — all within a supportive group environment.

Led by Coach Faye, this group gives you the benefits of personal training without the price tag. Each session focuses on mastering technique, improving form, and making measurable progress towards your goals, all coached in a private room.
